Pour y parvenir, la méthode engagée consiste à s’émanciper des codes du logement collectif tout en s’intégrant aux contraintes structurelles. Ici, l’entrée héritée d’une réglementation dépassée et l’objet kitchenette, obligatoire à la livraison d’un logement sont deux résultantes du standard à effacer. c o n t e x t e Ici, l’enjeu du projet se polarise sur la mutation d’un habitat impersonnel en un lieu accueillant l’ancrage de nouvelles habitudes et appropriations. C’est le passage de locataire à propriétaire occupant qui a motivé cette commande de rénovation.&nbsp; Malgré un volume restreint, l’ambition est de retrouver des proportions généreuses et les accroches d’un nouveau temps de l’habité. t r a c e r &nbsp; Deux pièces de mobilier en bois structurent le lieu; une transition vers le coin nuit et un meuble cuisine. Cette nouvelle hierarchie, contraignant les usages du privé au profit d’un espace de vie accueillant et élargit, apporte une lecture spatiale du mode de vie de l’habitant. m a t é r i a l i s e r Peu de matière ont été mises en œuvre afin de valoriser l’espace sur l’usage.&nbsp;L’enveloppe intérieure; sol,mur, plafond fait l’objet d’une recherche d’abstraction. Les surfaces sont unifiées pour agrandir. Les traitements de surface sont légèrement contrastés pour transcrire l’approche plastique souhaitée tenue et douce.
